光学结构标准模板
	
	微纳米结构可用于各种应用,结构的多样性与微技术的潜在应用领域一样多。其中一些结构是从自然界复制而来的,例如蛾眼模型或鲨鱼皮模型,用于显著减少光学系统中的反射或很大程度地减少摩擦损失。
	
	借助于微精密零件,在医学工程领域可以创造出新的分析方法,从而使检测更快速、更经济地;可以根据客户的需要进行定制散射器,从而为照明设计的新思路打开了大门。还有许多其他的例子可以说明微结构和纳米结构是如何提高性能,甚至创造某些新功能的。
