OMICRON offers a complete range of surface science UHV systems equipped with UHV SPM and multi-technique surface science instrumentation. The product range includes a large variety of UHV scanning probe microscopes - among them the Variable Temperature SPM for operation at sample temperatures between 25 K and 1500 K, the combined AFM/STM featuring contact/non-contact mode AFM and STM imaging capabilities in a single microscope, and the Large Sample SPM. Dedicated low temperature microscopes include the LT STM and the Cryogenic SFM. The TwinSNOM for ambient operation uses proven SPM technology for SNOM (NSOM). A comprehensive range of instruments for dedicated electron spectroscopy in laboratory or synchrotron applications is available, including high performance XPS (ESCA), UPS, AES, SAM, ARUPS, HREELS, SEM and PEEM to ideally complement the range of SPM instruments, and thus allow OMICRON to meet even the most sophisticated analytical demands in surface science research.

Attocube systems offers two principal product lines:

First, ultra-compact nano-precise positioning devices provide linear and rotational movement of samples or probes. Furthermore, nearly all of these positioning stages can be specified for use under extreme environmental conditions such as very low temperatures, UHV and magnetic fields. They are offered in different sizes and out of a variety of materials, and feature an unprecedented variety of applications. This presents a revolutionary advancement for the positioning market, leading to new research in many areas.

The second product line are easy-to-use, highly flexible low temperature Scanning Probe Microscopes like LT-AFM, LT-CFM or LT-SNOM. These systems are based on these reliable positioning devices. Thus, the microscopist can perform in-situ coarse and fine positioning, smooth scanning or automatically focusing any samples in respect to any probes at temperatures down to the Millikelvin range or under high vacuum conditions.

ION-TOF is the leading European manufacturer of Time-of-Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometers (TOF-SIMS) for surface analysis. The Nanomotor developed by Klocke Nanotechnik is a linear motor with a positioning stroke of up to some centimeter at atomic resolution and with the version only half of the size of a matchstick.
